Parmesan Potato Topper

1 cup salad dressing
1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 tbs chopped chives
2 tbs dried red peppers, ground
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Chill. Serve as topping for baked potatoes or potato skins.
