Set up some stations outside (or downstairs or somewhere where the rough-housing won't disturb things) that the boys can "do." Here are some ideas for stations:

Balance the broom vertically on the palm of your hand and then walk 10 paces.

Walk a balance beam, blindfolded!

Juggle three tennis balls, four between two people
